💰 WordZo — Refund Policy

At WordZo, we want you to have a positive learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please review our refund terms below.
1. Subscriptions & Payments
- WordZo subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm).
2. Refund Eligibility
- First-time subscribers: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied with the service.
- Monthly subscriptions: After the first 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. Cancellation will stop future charges.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After that, refunds are not available, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Special offers or discounted plans: These are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided if:
- You violated our Terms of Service.
- Substantial use of the service has already occurred (e.g., completing a significant number of lessons).
- The refund request is made outside the eligible period.
