Definition
Absolute space is a philosophical and physical concept describing space as existing independently of any matter. It's a container that always exists, regardless of contents. Imagine an empty room that always exists even when no one is inside 🚪. Newton proposed this idea as a fixed and unchanging framework for all physical phenomena. However, Einstein's theory of relativity challenged this view, suggesting that space is relative and can be warped by gravity. Even so, the concept remains useful for simplifying certain calculations and thought experiments.
