Definition
Agamidae is a family of lizards, often called agamid lizards or dragon lizards. These lizards are found in Africa, Asia, Australia, and parts of Europe. They exhibit a wide range of sizes, shapes, and colors. Many agamids are arboreal, living in trees, while others are terrestrial. Think of them as the chameleons' more flamboyant cousins. They’re diverse, dazzling, and full of surprises.
