Angel Falls is the world's highest uninterrupted waterfall, located in Canaima National Park, Venezuela. The water plunges from a height of 979 meters (3,212 feet). It's a breathtaking natural wonder, surrounded by tepuis, which are table-top mountains. The falls are named after Jimmie Angel, an American aviator who made the falls known to the world in 1933. Think of it as nature's skyscraper made of water.
