Eddy Merckx is a legendary Belgian cyclist. He is considered by many to be the greatest cyclist ever. Merckx dominated the sport in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He won multiple Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, and Vuelta a EspaΓ±a titles. He was nicknamed "The Cannibal" for his insatiable desire to win. Think of him as the Michael Jordan of cycling.
