Definition
The genus *Dracula* refers to a group of orchids named for their somewhat sinister appearance. These orchids often have long, dangling sepals reminiscent of vampire fangs 🧛♂️. They are found primarily in the cloud forests of Central and South America. Unlike the fearsome Count Dracula, these orchids are quite delicate. Think of them as the goth cousins of more conventional, showy orchids. They bring a bit of mystery to the orchid world. They aren't actually scary, just visually striking.
