Haggis is a traditional Scottish dish consisting of sheep's pluck (heart, lungs, and liver) minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and stock, and traditionally encased in the animal's stomach and simmered. It's savory, hearty, and definitely not for the faint of heart. Think of it as the Scottish version of a sausage, but much more…intense. It is traditionally served with neeps and tatties (mashed turnips and potatoes). 🏴
