The Manchu Dynasty is another name for the Qing Dynasty, the last imperial dynasty of China (1644-1912), founded by the Manchu people from Manchuria. They expanded China's territory, experienced economic growth, and saw cultural flourishing, but eventually faced internal rebellions and foreign invasions. π Think of them as the final boss of dynastic China. They were skilled rulers but couldnβt withstand the pressures of modernization. Their fall marked a significant turning point in Chinese history. π Theyβre essentially the same as the Qing Dynasty!
