Definition
Nebuchadnezzar was a powerful king of Babylon in the 6th century BCE, known for his military conquests and ambitious building projects. He's famous for conquering Jerusalem and exiling many Jews to Babylon. His reign marked a high point in Babylonian history. Nebuchadnezzar is also associated with the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World (though their existence is debated). He appears in the Bible and other historical texts as a significant figure in ancient Near Eastern history. 👑
