Ornithomimids were speedy, bird-like dinosaurs from the Late Cretaceous period. They resembled ostriches with long necks, small heads, and powerful legs, perfect for outrunning predators. These dinosaurs were omnivores, eating plants, insects, and small animals. Think of them as the athletes of the dinosaur world, always ready for a sprint. Their lightweight build allowed for incredible agility and speed. They thrived across North America and Asia.
