Definition
"Pasang" is a local name used in Nepal and surrounding regions for the Himalayan tahr, a wild goat-like animal. Though not a true goat (it belongs to a different genus), it's often mistaken for one. They live in high-altitude areas of the Himalayas. Pasangs are well-adapted to steep, rocky terrain. They have thick coats to protect them from the cold. Think of them as the mountain goats of the Himalayas. ποΈ
