Definition
The pine grosbeak (*Pinicola enucleator*) is a large finch found in coniferous forests. They have thick, conical beaks used for cracking seeds, especially from pine cones. Males are reddish-pink, while females are grayish-yellow. Think of them as the winter fashionistas ❄️ of the bird world. They are often seen in flocks, especially during winter. Their diet consists mainly of seeds and berries.
