Definition
The Serengeti Plain is the expansive grassland region within the larger Serengeti ecosystem in Tanzania. It is the heart of the Serengeti, where much of the iconic wildlife resides and the Great Migration unfolds. Think of it as the stage for nature's greatest show. π¦ Vast and seemingly endless, the plain offers little cover, making it a place of constant vigilance and opportunity. The soil is fertile, sustaining massive herds of grazing animals. It defines the very essence of the Serengeti.
